About Tami Hudson
Tami Hudson brings 33 years of experience in the Multifamily and Affordable industry, managing a wide variety of assets including Class A, B and C type communities nationwide. Today she owns her own company, Hudson’s Unified Solutions, with clients who have enlisted her services as a Consultant, Auditor, Asset Manager and Regional Supervisor. This includes all facets of an MOR repair, and due diligence auditing. She has worked for several national firms including AIMCO, Greystone, Greystar and LBK Management before starting her own company.
Tami has a wide range of experience in multimillion-dollar renovations, value enhancements of Class B and C type properties, stabilization of assets as well as knowledge in quickly turning around distressed properties. She has also demonstrated her thoroughness by developing and implementing extensive marketing and training strategies for peak performance, enacting operational expense controls while increasing revenue.
She has obtained her Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO™), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS®), Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM®), National Affordable Housing Professional-executive (NAHP-e®), Management and Occupancy Review Specialist (MORS®), is active with NAHMA, HAA and is currently President of the AHMA East Texas Board of Directors.
